Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We allow 3 days from the date item/s has been received to contact us for replacement of broken or damage item/s. You are responsible for the cost of shipping with the carrier of your choice and all items must be returned in its original packaging. We strongly recommend shipping though U.S Postal Service with a tracking number provided.
If your item/s have already been invoiced there ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!
NO REFUNDS /EXCHANGE ONLY
To start a EXCHANGE ONLY due to items/s arrived damage/ broken you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with three (3) photos of the damaged/broken item/s.
If your return is accepted, we will respond acknowledging your request for an EXCHANGE ONLY with further instruction, all EXCHANGES are FINAL. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return EXCHANGE ONLY will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the instruction on RETURN/EXCHANGE ONLY on the item/s you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item/s.
