Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a EXCHANGE ONLY due to items/s arrived damage/ broken you can contact us at thefivedollardiva@hopesjewelryden.com with three (3) photos of the damaged/broken item/s.

If your item/s have already been invoiced there ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!  To start a EXCHANGE, you can contact us at thefivedollardiva@hopesjewelryden.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will respond acknowledging your request for an EXCHANGE ONLY  with further instruction, all EXCHANGES are FINAL.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return EXCHANGE ONLY will not be accepted.  ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED BEFORE DEPARTING OUR BOUTIQUE AND ENSURED TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION BEFORE BEING PACKED AND DELIVERED TO THE USPS.

Once your items are in the possession of the USPS and/or stating delivered it is no longer the responsibility of the sender (Hope's Jewelry Den) for missing packages.  Please contact you local Post Office to put in a claim using your tracking information that was sent to your email you provided.

Exchanges
No exchanges will be issued. We can only offer item replacements. Items will only be replaced if received broken or defective. Pictures of broken items are required to process replacements. Replacements must be requested within THREE (3) days of the original shipment date.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
